About the Team The team functions as a critical support unit within the sales organization, working closely with account managers, vendors, and order processing teams to ensure seamless execution of the sales cycle. About the Role The role supports sales and account management by assisting with proposals, generating quotes, and managing renewals for clients and prospects. The incumbent interacts with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to uphold accurate sales data in Salesforce. Job Responsibilities Assist account managers in producing sales proposals for clients and prospects. Provide direct customer service to XTIUM accounts as needed. Answer client and prospect inquiries. Prepare renewal quotes for manufacturers and OEM renewals (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft). Collect pricing and availability details from distribution channels, vendors, or subcontractors. Check product availability and lead times. Conduct data entry and day‑to‑day maintenance of sales activity tracking system. Provide informational materials to clients and prospects. Register deals with manufacturers (including Cisco CCW). Perform other administrative duties as required. Job Qualifications Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation. Knowledge of or experience with hardware, software technologies, and managed services. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Salesforce.com. Experience with Cisco CCW/CCWR and SaaS. Experience working with distribution partners. Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills. Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Excellent problem‑solving skills. Team player with a collaborative personality. Ability to work independently and establish priorities. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $24.00/hr – $31.25/hr, plus additional variable compensation. The package includes Med/Dental/FSA/401(k) and Flexible Paid Time Off. Location Remote.
