Love movies and great food? Silverspot Cinema is looking for skilled Line Cooks to prepare delicious dishes with speed, accuracy, and consistency in our high-energy kitchen.
What You'll Do:
Prepare hot and cold dishes following menu recipes and standardsWork broiler, fryer, sauté, and other stations in a fast-paced environmentKeep your station clean, stocked, and organizedFollow food safety and sanitation standards at all timesAssist with prep, cross-train on stations, and support the team where needed
What We're Looking For:
Culinary experience (6 months to 2+ years depending on level)Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipmentAbility to move quickly and work under pressureAble to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shiftsFood Safety or ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
