You’ll be instrumental in helping us build a call center that reflects our core values: Service, Integrity, and Excellence.Your responsibilities will include:Answering inbound calls from new and existing customersScheduling service appointments accurately and efficientlyDemonstrating empathy and professionalism with every interactionEducating customers on our services, including membership plansMaking outbound calls to support appointment setting and customer follow-upMeeting performance goals around call quality, bookings, and customer satisfaction We’ll provide thorough training and coaching to ensure you feel confident and supported from day one. Your insights and feedback will help shape how we grow this new department, and your performance will play a key role in its long-term success. Compensation & PerksHourly pay plus weekly bonus payouts
