We're currently hiring Full-Time Housekeeping Team Members to support daily operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property. This role requires flexibility, including varied shifts, start times as early as 4:00 AM, and weekend availability.

Pay: $18.85 per hour

What You'll Do:
Prepare guest rooms, dormitories, and shared spaces to meet cleanliness standardsClean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showersSweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the hostelComplete laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and restocking linensReplace bed linens, towels, and other items as neededMaintain kitchen cleanliness, including washing dishes and utensilsDust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces in common areas and guest roomsRemove trash and recycling dailyReport maintenance or repair needs to managementHelp monitor and restock housekeeping suppliesSupport light maintenance or grounds tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hostel setting preferred (6+ months)Ability to work both independently and collaborativelyStrong attention to detail and time management skillsCustomer service experience is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalentAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
This role requires regular standing, walking, and use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing or balancing may be required. The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds is necessary. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level.
