We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our team in Denver. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project planning and execution Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and vendors Manage project documentation and ensure all records are up to date Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field Previous experience in construction or project management. Preferably in commercial or industrial construction Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Proficient in project management software
