As an Experienced Plumber, you'll play a key role in developing our plumbing division while working in a stable, team-oriented environment.Role OverviewIn this position, you will handle a wide range of plumbing responsibilities, including:Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and hot water systems Diagnosing and resolving issues across various fixtures and equipment Completing both routine and complex service work independently Assisting with the training and oversight of apprentices when needed Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with overtime as needed) Compensation: $50-$60/hour, based on experience Benefits Package100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (employee coverage)401(k) with 4% company matchPaid vacation (accrues immediately, usable after 90 days)7 paid holidays annually40 hours of sick leave per yearCompany take-home vehicleEmployer-paid gym membership What We're Looking For:Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record At least 3 years of plumbing experience Strong understanding of local plumbing codes and regulations Ability to work in various weather conditions Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable using tablets and digital tools in the field Prior experience training or supervising others is a plus
