What You’ll DoAssist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and dining)Administer medications according to care plansMonitor resident health and report changes to the care teamProvide companionship and emotional supportMaintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environmentRespond to resident needs with urgency, dignity, and compassionCollaborate with team members and communicate with families
