Job Responsibilities: Assist customers face-to-face with mobile phone features and troubleshooting. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally. Support back-office operations and maintain customer records. Guide customers on new phone features, settings, and basic technical issues. Required Skills: 2 4 years of customer service or mobile support experience. Strong communication and customer handling skills. Basic technical knowledge of smartphones and troubleshooting. Ability to manage both front-desk and back-office tasks efficiently.
