Regulatory Guidance & Compliance: Provide expertise on meal service operations and ensure adherence to all regulatory and accreditation standards Menu Development & Innovation: Collaborate on menu planning that reflects wellness trends, nutritional best practices, and resident preferences Staff Leadership & Training: Supervise, coach, and train dining and nutrition staff to uphold quality standards and enhance resident satisfaction Quality & Performance Improvement: Participate in quality assurance and satisfaction initiatives aimed at continuously improving nutrition services and overall care
What We're Looking For:
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred 2+ year of senior living experience Supervisory experience and ServSafe® certification desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office and diet office systems
