Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: 302 Cedar Ridge Rd, Sissonville, WV 25320 Facility: LTC/SNF Shift: 7pm – 7am & 7am – 7pm (Three Days in a week that includes EOW) Contract: 9 weeks Start: TBD Requirements:
State LPN license BLS/CPR preferred
Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred. Duties include taking vitals, assisting with ADL’s, transportation, medicine administration and reminders, assisting RN’s. Care/Rehab or skilled nursing facility is preferred.
