Location: Orlando, FL (Briggs Industrial Solutions) How You’ll Make a Difference As Sales Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a team of Account Managers to grow the business the right way. You’ll set the pace, develop people, strengthen customer relationships, and help drive profitable growth—while upholding the standards and values that make Briggs who we are. What You’ll Do Lead sales and profit performance for your business unit, driving growth, market share, and customer retention Coach, develop, and support a high-performing sales team with clear expectations and accountability Hire, train, and manage Account Managers while building strong bench strength for the future Partner across the business to ensure sales execution, CRM usage, safety, and people initiatives stay aligned What You’ll Bring Proven leadership experience with a sales team, ideally in a multi-location environment Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze trends and make smart decisions Excellent communication, time management, and customer-focused mindset Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 7+ years in progressively responsible roles Why You’ll Love Working With Us You’ll lead with trust, support, and real influence—not micromanagement You’ll work with honest, hardworking people who care about each other and the work You’ll have room to grow while making a visible impact every day
