Develop, maintain, and improve predictive models to address complex business needs using Python for analysis, querying, and automation Evaluate existing data sources and qualitative inputs to design thoughtful and comprehensive analyses focused on performance and continuous improvement Build deep business understanding by spending time in stores, listening to frontline feedback, meeting proactively with partners, and maintaining a strong learning mindset
Data Translation and Business Case Development
Translate business questions into clear data requirements and extract the right data to support analysis Convert complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for audiences with varying levels of technical background Build strong business cases and recommendations that influence leaders and drive action
Data Visualization and Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards used by internal stakeholders Refresh and expand dashboard views based on stakeholder feedback and evolving workflow priorities Evaluate data visualization tools to ensure insights are easy to access, intuitive, and relevant
Ad Hoc Analytics and Cross Functional Support
Partner with cross functional teams to support new business cases, solve problems, and align on analytical findings Manage incoming data requests by asking the right questions to fully understand the need and deliver the most effective solution
Required Qualifications
Experience working in retail or corporate environments, preferably with pharmacy exposure 5 or more years of experience in analytics, strategy, or related roles Strong ability to influence without formal authority 3 or more years of experience using SQL or similar tools to access and analyze data in Teradata or Snowflake 2 or more years of hands on experience with Python, including Pandas, NumPy, and similar libraries 1 or more years of experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
8 or more years of analytics or business experience Advanced SQL and Python experience Familiarity with change management concepts
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
