Collaborate with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to define success criteria and prioritize initiatives based on data-driven insights Ensure comprehensive project planning, including budgets, milestones, and risk management strategies, while adapting to evolving business needs Lead cross-functional teams through project challenges, fostering clear communication and collaborative problem-solving
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; advanced certifications such as PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner are a plus Minimum 8 years of program management experience in the Data and Analytics space, with proficiency in Agile methodologies Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing diverse audiences using data-driven storytelling Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence without authority and engage with external customers and partners Experience with tools like Jira and Aha!, and familiarity with data privacy considerations related to PII data
