About

We are hiring for a Mechanical Project Manager to join this well known Mechanical Engineering Contractor working on a wide variety of commercial and industrial building projects across Dublin and Leinster. You will lead a team of engineers and supervisors/foremen on large mechanical services installations, supervising site management, sub contractors an specialist suppliers. Duties Manage subcontract performance, including programme adherence, quality, and commercial compliance throughout delivery. produce and maintain a detailed Mechanical construction programme integrated into the master construction programme. Identify and drive critical path activities; Monitor project costs against the approved budget; aiding QS in producing monthly profit plans and forecast final accounts Ensure project and site is run in accordance with company QEHS System Overall project responsibility from site setup to commissioning & handover. Long term role in the region. Will suit an experienced Project Manager with at least 5yrs managing projects from €5M+
