Customer Service Representative
High 5 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, scheduling appointments, and supporting our technicians in the field. Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionallySchedule service appointments accurately and efficientlyAssist customers with questions regarding services, pricing, and availabilityProvide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experiencePromote and sell company memberships and additional servicesConfirm appointments and follow up with customers as neededMaintain accurate customer records in the scheduling systemCoordinate with dispatch and field technicians to ensure smooth schedulingResolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathyMeet individual and team performance goals, including membership sales and booking metrics
Requirements
Previous customer service, call center, or scheduling experience preferredStrong communication and phone skillsComfortable discussing and selling memberships and servicesHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetExperience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software is a plus
