Job Description
Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction teams.Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials to the construction site.Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in all aspects of construction.Provide regular project updates and address any issues or delays promptly.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
A proven track record in leading construction projects within the property industry.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and local building codes.Excellent organizational and leadership skills for managing teams and subcontractors.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans effectively.Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and resolve challenges.
