Organizes, records, processes and services the production output of various, moderately complex servicing activities.
Works on moderately complex projects under general supervision and established procedures.
Supports a range of products/services.
Applies detailed knowledge of a wide range of specialized administrative/technical skills; and most of the impact is related to the accuracy of tasks performed.
Understands how duties relate/integrate with others in the team/unit.
Requests data and documents from internal clients
Perform various other duties as workflow requires, including retrieval of account loans, sorting account loans, and delivery.
Review collateral documents/files for any discrepancies per required guidelines and track on the custodial and/or servicing system accordingly.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
1 year of relevant service
Previous servicing/processing experience preferred
Thorough understanding of department/unit policies and procedures and basic understanding of related department policies and procedures
Class E driver's license
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
