Non-Core Privileges - Therapeutic Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)Cholangioscopy Non-Core Privileges Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) Qualifications: To be eligible to apply for EUS privileges, the applicant must hold Core Gastroenterology privileges AND Clinical Experience (Initial): Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited program in Gastroenterology that included training in EUS of a minimum 225 procedures; and evidence of clinical experience through documented performance of a minimum of 25 EUS procedures during the past 12 months. Clinical Experience (Reappointment):Current demonstrated competence and experience reflective of the scope of privileges requested, for the past 24 months based on results of ongoing professional practice evaluation and clinical outcomes.

Job Requirements In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Must have successfully completed a residency or fellowship commensurate with area of specialty.
Obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency ("DEA") registration;
Be board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty, by a board acceptable to Hospital;
Obtain Medical Staff Privileges within the Health system, at sponsoring institution
Doctorate MD or DO required
DR-Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in applicable state required
Completion of a one-year Advanced Endoscopy or Therapeutic Endoscopy fellowship.
