*Job Description*
*ABOUT MARITIME TACTICAL SYSTEMS (MARTAC)*
Maritime Tactical Systems, Inc. (MARTAC) is a defense technology company focused on redefining maritime operations through high-performance unmanned surface vehicles (USVs) and integrated autonomy solutions. MARTAC designs, builds, and deploys operationally proven unmanned systems that extend reach, persistence, and capability beyond what is possible with crewed platforms alone.
By combining advanced hull designs, scalable autonomy, modular payload integration, and resilient communications, MARTAC delivers mission-ready maritime systems that support intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), contested logistics, maritime security, and effects-based operations. Our platforms are fielded today by U.S. government customers, allied and partner nations, and special operations forces operating in some of the world’s most demanding maritime environments.
As global maritime competition intensifies, MARTAC is committed to accelerating the delivery of autonomous maritime capability, moving from concept to operational deployment in months, not years, while maintaining a relentless focus on reliability, mission effectiveness, and customer trust.
*ABOUT THE TEAM*
The MARTAC team builds unmanned maritime systems designed to operate where access is contested, risk is high, and persistence matters. Working across engineering, manufacturing, autonomy, mission integration, and customer operations, the team develops and sustains a growing family of USVs that can be rapidly configured for diverse mission sets.
From prototype through fleet deployment, MARTAC team members collaborate closely with end users to ensure systems are not only technologically advanced, but operationally relevant. The team supports deployments worldwide, integrating platforms, payloads, and autonomy into real-world maritime operations that directly enable mission success.
