About
Enforce and administer site-specific safety programs in compliance with EM 385-1-1 and OSHA regulations Conduct daily jobsite inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits Identify unsafe conditions and behaviors; implement corrective actions Lead and document toolbox talks and safety meetings Support and/or lead incident investigations and root cause analysis Review and monitor high-risk activities (excavation, heavy equipment, lifting, confined space, etc.) Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and compliance records Collaborate with project leadership and subcontractors to reinforce safety expectations Promote a proactive, accountable safety culture across all trades Qualifications:
5+ years of construction safety experience (heavy civil preferred) Strong knowledge of OSHA Construction Standards EM 385-1-1 experience preferred Experience supporting high-risk construction activities Ability to work effectively in fast-paced field environments Strong communication and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting Must be able to pass a DBIDS background BCSP Certification Preferred:
OSHA 500 CSHO or other advanced safety certifications Experience on federal or P3 infrastructure projects Benefits:
