Nursing Supervisor

Sanford Health seeks a Nursing Supervisor to lead clinical teams within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will coordinate patient care, oversee nursing staff, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards across our innovative, compassionate system of clinics, hospitals, and senior living facilities. You will manage staffing and scheduling, mentor nurses, support performance improvement initiatives, and collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders while promoting Sanford Health’s inclusive, supportive culture and commitment to high-quality patient outcomes and safety.
