Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation for efficient access and retrieval.Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.Assist in the preparation and coordination of team events and meetings.Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.Support special projects and other administrative tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrative Assistant should have:
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of professionalism.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Previous experience in the business services industry or a similar environment is a plus.
