About
Strong experience with web applications OR eCommerce platforms (Kibo, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
2+ years of experience as a business analyst
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Lucid chart for requirements, workflows, and documentation.
Ability to write and execute UAT and regression test scripts, and support go-live activities.
Experience collaborating with developers and performing initial troubleshooting on production issues.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and familiarity with tools like Postman (nice to have).
