As an Insurance Agent, you will guide clients through insurance decisions by identifying coverage needs, explaining policy options, and recommending solutions that protect their future. You'll manage client relationships from initial consultation through ongoing service while contributing to agency growth through new business development. A Day in This Role
Consult with clients to assess insurance needsQuote, explain, and recommend appropriate coverage optionsGenerate new business through prospecting, referrals, and cross-sellingComplete applications and support underwriting approvalsDeliver policies and ensure accuracy of coverageProvide ongoing service, including policy reviews and follow-upMaintain accurate records and follow agency processesParticipate in training and professional development
License Information
Active insurance license required.
What We're Looking For
0-2 years of insurance, sales, or customer service experienceFluent in English and Spanish (required)Professional, dependable, and customer-focusedGoal-oriented with strong communication and time management skillsDetail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentOpen to feedback, coaching, and continuous learningHigh school diploma or GED required
Pay & Benefits
Competitive Compensation Structure: $32,000 Base + Commission + Bonuses
