The Client Manager will own and strengthen client relationships while serving as the primary liaison between the Operations division and Business Development. In partnership with Operations, this role is responsible for ensuring services are delivered successfully, projects achieve desired outcomes, and client expectations are clearly set and consistently met through effective internal and external communication. The ideal candidate will be based in Iowa, with initial on-site training in Cedar Rapids, followed by work-from-home opportunity.

Essential Duties:
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering an outstanding experience by proactively managing relationships, responding to feedback, and maintaining consistent communication
• Client Intake & Project Leadership: Partner with Lead Recruiters to conduct intake calls, capture accurate job requirements, and lead ongoing client meetings to communicate progress, strategy, and results
• Project Oversight & Issue Resolution: Monitor job activity and internal reports to identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate projects when necessary to ensure successful outcomes
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the liaison between clients, recruiting/sourcing teams, operations, and business development to ensure alignment, resource allocation, and clear communication of changes
• Account Growth & Strategic Hiring Support: Drive account expansion and retention through proactive outreach, recommend initiative hiring strategies, and support high-level recruiting needs when required
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of client management experience
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Experience and/or knowledge of the Recruiting or HR profession is a plus
• Exceptional internal and external communication skills
• Sense of urgency and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Jobscience or similar ATS, as well as Microsoft applications
