Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dimensional Quality Inspector to inspect sheet metal parts for accuracy using blueprints and measuring tools. This role ensures all parts meet quality standards and requires strong attention to detail and prior fabrication or inspection experience.
Job Description
Inspect sheet metal parts for dimensional and visual accuracyRead and follow blueprints and fabrication drawingsUse measuring tools such as calipers, squares, protractors, and gaugesIdentify and report defects or non-conforming partsMaintain a clean and organized workstationFollow customer requirements and documentation
Skills Required
At least 5 years of fabrication or inspection experienceMust have a good understanding of fabrication blueprintsAble to read blueprints and technical drawingsAble to utilize measuring tools including calipers, squares, protractors and various measurement gaugesStrong attention to detailWilling to learn customer-specific requirements
Education/Training/Certifications
High School Degree or Equivalent
Additional Requirements
Must be able to pass drug screen & criminal background check Shift Hours: 6:00 am - 4:00 pm
Pay Rate/Salary
$22.00 - $28.00/hr. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors
