Junior PM / Project Coordinator

Looking for a resource to handle city council actions support. This resource would be tracking and updating forecast for council actions - such as date, amount, subject matter, and whether the item needs to go to committee before council. In advance of council, there are some coordination activities - such as coordinating paperwork with the legal department as well as our procurement department.
Need a successful individual to be detailed oriented, familiar with Excel, and a basic understanding of transactional work.
Position requires keeping track and ensuring completed documentation and updating and coordinating different departments through clear communication.
