We're currently adding a Maintenance Technician to the team at Webster Lake Apartments in Northglenn. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and wants to be part of a company where their contributions are recognized and supported.

In this role, you will:
Turn vacant units efficiently to prepare them for new residentsHandle day-to-day service requests, including general repairs and maintenance tasksBe part of an on-call rotation to address urgent maintenance needsPartner with the Maintenance Supervisor on ongoing property projectsContribute to the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the community grounds
We're looking for someone who brings:
Prior experience in residential maintenance, including completing work orders and unit turnsA solid foundation in general maintenance trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairEPA Type II or Universal certification is preferredA dependable, self-motivated approach with strong organizational habitsA team-oriented attitude
