Communicate effectively in person or by using telecommunications with our clients and fellow co-workers and generally enjoy working with a diverse clientelePerform general maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, and general maintenance.Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills requiredAbility to multitask and work autonomously within established procedures and practices with limited supervision, set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure and adjust to change.Strong decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skillsRequires knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the maintenance field. Requirements
Education and Training:
High School Diploma2-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
