Schedule: Monday -Friday (occasional 2-3 day trips and weekends)

Role Overview:
As a Fulfillment Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll support warehouse logistics, field operations, and production teams-ensuring equipment, materials, and booths are organized, ready, and where they need to be. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys jumping in wherever needed
What You'll Own
Support warehouse operations including stocking, returns, and organizationLoad/unload vans and assist with local booth installs and swapsAssist production teams (Assembly, CNC) with hands-on tasksBreak down and reset booths post-eventMaintain clean, organized, and functional workspacesJump in on high-priority tasks to keep operations moving

Qualifications:
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations is a plusExperience with hands-on or physical work environments preferred
Skills
Strong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to lift and move equipment/materialsOrganization and attention to detailAbility to follow processes and instructions
Tools & Software
Basic familiarity with warehouse tools/equipmentInventory or operations systems experience is a plus
