About
You will:
Create Sales Orders to input all DOFs into ExpandableIdentify problematic DOFs and work to resolve themMatch bill only POs to the correct DOF sales ordersIdentify problematic bill only POs and work to resolve themProcess commission deduction transactionsManage incoming phone calls, messages, and emailsPerform administrative functions on the computer throughout the workday
You need:
Experience in a general office/business environment of at least 1 yearPreferably a BS/BA degreeStrong proficiency using MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsResults-oriented with appropriate urgency and tenacious follow-upAbility to work as a collaborative team member as well as independentlyExcellent attention to detail, producing high quality output appropriate to broader contextFlexibility and strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasksSound judgment when making decisions and communicating with peers and managementKnowledge and basic understanding of an ERP system (preferred)Basic math skillsGood memory skillsProblem analysis and problem-solving skills
