Journeyman Plumber to join our team at our Tulsa location.We provide the highest level of value-added customer service and are committed to performing service repairs, equipment maintenance, and replacements for our customers as needed, 24/7. We are looking for an individual that will make quality repairs in a timely manner, maintain their equipment to the highest standards, and build trusting relationships with our clients.
Role and Responsibilities:
Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and maintenance workDiagnose plumbing issues and provide clear, effective solutionsCommunicate with customers about findings, recommendations, and service optionsPresent solutions using our iPad-based service platformUse service management software (such as Housecall Pro) to manage jobs and documentationRepair and service water heaters, leaks, fixtures, and piping systemsInstall and maintain water softening systemsPerform drain cleaning and system troubleshootingMaintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work environmentEnsure all work meets company safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For
Experience in residential plumbing service and repairStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesComfortable using tablets and service software in the fieldValid driver's license and clean driving recordProfessional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
