About

Friendly Powersports is looking for a customer-focused Service Concierge to join our team in Slidell. This role is all about creating a great customer experience from start to finish. You'll be the main point of contact for service customers-making sure they feel taken care of, informed, and confident in the process.Pay: Competitive hourly (based on experience)
What You'll DoGreet and check in service customers in a professional, friendly mannerAccurately document customer concerns and service needsCommunicate service updates and timelines to customersCash out completed service tickets and handle paymentsAnswer incoming calls and assist with service-related questionsKeep customers informed throughout the service processSupport the service team with day-to-day customer communicationOther duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForStrong customer service and communication skillsPositive, professional attitude with a team-first mindsetAbility to stay organized and manage multiple customers at onceBasic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systemsReliable and punctual
Preferred (but not required)Previous customer service or cashier experiencePowersports or automotive experience
