Schedule: Monday to Friday; Day Shift Position SummaryCJ Pony Parts is seeking a Customer Care Representative who will interact with customers by phone, web chat, and email. This individual will provide accurate product and service information, resolve order issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding products, orders, and servicesProvide timely and accurate information on order status, returns, and general product questionsUpdate and maintain customer account information in internal systemsResolve product or service concerns with professionalism and empathyAssist in processing orders placed in-person, online, or over the phoneHandle payment information and address updates securely and accuratelyGenerate return labels and coordinate with vendors as neededRecord and track all customer interactions and escalate complex issues appropriatelyProvide showroom counter support (on-site only)Perform general administrative support tasks as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year experience in a call center or customer service environmentProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple systems and customer interactions simultaneouslyCalm and effective communication skills, especially when resolving customer concerns BenefitsHourly Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experienceBonus Program: Eligible after 6 monthsPaid Time OffMedical, Dental, & Vision Insurance (affordable options)Health Savings Account with company contributionLife & Short-Term Disability Insurance401(k) Plan with 4% company match and profit sharingCompany Paid HolidaysEmployee Assistance ProgramCasual dress Who We AreFounded in 1985 by two friends and their shared passion for classic Mustangs, CJ Pony Parts is committed to empowering the automotive community to enjoy the restoration and performance hobby.
