MDS Coordinator - RN/LPN Spring Hill Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate, professional MDS Coordinator. The MDS coordinator monitors patient care by assessing procedures, speaking with patients, and recording medical codes. Qualifications:
Previous MDS experience required RN / LPN license for the state of Pennsylvania
