Preferred Search Group is partnering with a well-known dental practice in Friendswood, TX to find a Dental Assistant. This is a full-time position paying $20-24/hour PLUS an average monthly bonus of $1,000 with working hours of: MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, THURSDAYS: 7:30a - 5p TUESDAYS: 7:30am - 3p EVERY OTHER FRIDAY: 7:30a-12p Duties:
Update and maintain client’s dental records Chart in OpenDental Perform routine dental cleanings and assist the dentist with complex dental procedures Take and process X-rays of patients Schedule patient appointments Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene
Requirements
High School Diploma Radiology certificate Previous dental assisting experience, preferred Willingness to learn and an upbeat, positive personality Dentrix experience, preferrd
