We are seeking a skilled mobile engineer to cover Greater London and the South East/South West counties, working across a diverse portfolio including retail, industrial, leisure, and commercial office properties. The role encompasses planned preventative maintenance, remedial repairs, and installation works. You will be required to adhere to all company health and safety procedures and consistently apply safe systems of work across all tasks.
Main Duties & Responsibilities: To carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with the companys PPM and task schedules. Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner. Use & complete CAFM system. Production of technical and situational reports as required. At times you may be requested to carry out additional duties on site Proactively use the technology systems given to you so that the Company can be compliant with its contractual obligations at all times Carry out the works requested in a professional and proactive manner at all times. To communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the team and clients at all times. Writing activity reports in line with Company procedures accurately and timely.
