Job Function:
Shift: 40 hrs/ 5x8 Nights | 10pm-8am Wednesday-Saturday with Sunday-Tuesday off - 4x10s
Administer medications, including controlled substances, per facility protocols
Maintain accurate medication records and inventory control
Conduct ongoing health assessments of youth residents
Develop, review, and evaluate nursing intervention plans
Ensure care aligns with individualized treatment plans
Maintain infection control and safety standards
Participate in staff training and in-service education
Prepare clinical and administrative documentation and reports
Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical and behavioral health teams
Provide general nursing care within a structured residential environment
Job Requirements: Job Requirements:
Active RN license in New York State (required)
BLS Certification (required)
Must meet all state licensing requirements (no exceptions)
Ability to work overnight shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
