Assist with meal preparation, food service, and food presentation in accordance with dietary restrictions and preferences Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards Monitor food temperatures and quality to ensure patient safety Assist with dietary patient care, including menu planning and nutrition counseling Collaborate with the dietary team to develop and implement special dietary plans Perform other related duties as assigned by the dietary manager
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
