About

Lead Business Analyst A Fortune 500 client is looking for a talented and dynamic team player to join our Strategic Initiative project as a Sr. Business Analyst. In this role, you will work alongside another Business Analyst and report to our IT Sr. Manager (IT Systems Analysis). Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting user stories, processes, working with development team, architects to come with solutions and performing user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking, be curious, and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users and vice versa. Requirements:
8+ years of BA experience required, 10+ years preferred 3+ years of Lead BA experience SQL querying experience UAT experience on web based applications Bachelors degree is required
Nice to Have:
Leasing, manufacturing, supply chain or procurement experience BA, BPM or Lean / Six Sigma certifications
