Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops. Analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements. Document functional and non-functional requirements.
Documentation and User Stories
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and system specifications. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as liaison between ADHS stakeholders and the development team. Clarify requirements and business rules during development cycles.
Testing and Validation Support
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Validate that implemented features align with business requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience performing business or systems analysis for technology projects. Experience documenting functional requirements and system specifications. Experience working in Agile development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting data analytics platforms or web applications. Experience working with government agencies or public health organizations. Certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
