About
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing proposals, and handling correspondence. Coordinate and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Communicate with clients and partners to confirm offer details, answer inquiries, and provide updates on delivery or product availability. Maintain and update Salesforce with customer information, sales activities, and pipeline data. Generate reports for sales metrics, forecasts, and customer trends. Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to support cross-functional initiatives. Assist with preparing materials for sales presentations. Support with the completion and tracking of RFP's.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Work Environment & Physical Demands
