Performing thorough patient evaluations, directing essential diagnostic procedures, and developing personalized care plans Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic illnesses collaboratively with physicians or independently as your credentials dictate Providing education to patients and families about prevention, health maintenance, and chronic condition management Prescribing necessary medications and therapies aligned with your practice scopes Participating actively in follow-up care and chronic disease management Working in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, comprehensive care Maintaining meticulous documentation within electronic health records (EHR) Education and Experience Required
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner certificate program Necessary Certifications
Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Nevada National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or agreement to obtain within 90 days) Exceptional Skills to Stand Out
