About

Our client is seeking an IT Project Manager with experience tracking projects using Smartsheets. Contract-to-hire opportunity that is fully remote. Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and status reports using Smartsheets. Support projects involving Salesforce implementations or enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs. Apply traditional project management methodologies (Waterfall, PMI standards, etc.) to ensure structured execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively manage them to minimize project impact. Facilitate meetings, track deliverables, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering accountability and collaboration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred Proficiency in Smartsheet's for project tracking and reporting. Experience with Salesforce projects (implementation, integration, or customization) preferred.
