What You'll Do As a Veterinary Technician, you'll be a key part of our medical team, delivering high-quality patient care, supporting veterinarians, and helping pet parents feel confident and informed. Responsibilities include: Assisting in surgeries, dental procedures, and anesthesia monitoring Performing venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and lab diagnostics Educating pet parents with compassion and clarity Ensuring accurate medical documentation and patient histories Promoting low-stress and Fear-Free techniques in every interaction Mentoring assistants and fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence What We're Looking For3+ years of hands-on veterinary experience in a clinical setting Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, RVT, CVT) in the state of Utah Confident in surgery, anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, and diagnostics Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset Committed to low-stress, Fear-Free handling (certification a plus, and we'll pay for it) Comfortable with technology, adaptable, and motivated to grow What You'll Get We care deeply for our team, and it shows in our benefits: Generous PTO to support rest and personal time Paid Holidays with no on-call or overnight shifts Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance with multiple plans and generous employer contributions 401 (k) with employer match to support your long-term financial goals
