About
Able to answer a high volume of incoming calls; assist customers by answering any questions Communicate with internal customers (store pharmacies) regarding customer information/orders Meet individual goals and team averages for number of calls per hour and talk time per call Able to multi-task and complete work efficiently and effectively Comply with all policies, state and federal laws including HIPAA - Must have a secure and private workspace to answer calls per HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Systems aptitude, data entry and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1 or more years of pharmacy technician experience Call center experience
Medical or insurance experience
