Location: Various locations across North Carolina The Dietetic Technician supports dietitians in providing nutritional care and education, often in clinical or food service settings. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the assessment of patients' dietary needs. Prepare and deliver nutrition education materials. Monitor food service operations for quality and safety. Support data collection for nutrition research or program evaluation. RequirementsAssociate degree in dietetics or nutrition. Certification as a Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
