Active California Physical Therapist license - or eligible to apply Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Familiarity with EHR systems such as Net Health or PointClickCare is a plus Team player with strong communication skills Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others Skilled nursing experience is great, but not required New grads welcome!
