About

Claiborne Senior Living is hiring Medication Technicians / Certified Medication Aides (Med Techs / CMAs) to safely administer medications and support resident care in our senior living community. Why You'll Love This RoleUse your medication administration skills in a structured, supportive environment Be part of a team where integrity, focus, and accountability matter Competitive pay with excellent benefits What You'll DoAdminister medications in accordance with physician orders, state regulations, and community policy Follow the "Six Rights" of medication administration and proper documentation standards Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects Report changes in condition or concerns to nursing leadership Maintain accurate medication records and controlled substance counts Support residents with activities of daily living as needed Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements What We're Looking ForActive CMA or Medication Technician certification (state requirements apply) High school diploma or equivalent Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Reliable, focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs BenefitsDouble time pay on major holidays Free employee meals Up to $1,000 employee referral bonus (no limit) Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, disability, and EAP
