About the Job Associate Dentist - Holistic Dental Practice (Full or Part-Time) Location: Wilmington, North Carolina Are you a compassionate and motivated dentist looking to join a supportive, patient-centered team? Our established holistic, fee-for-service dental practice in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Full or Part-Time Associate Dentist to provide exceptional care to our wonderful patients. About Us: We are a holistic dental office dedicated to whole-body wellness and personalized care. Our team is positive, collaborative, and focused on creating an outstanding experience for both patients and staff. We value integrity, communication, and a commitment to continuous learning. Position Details:Schedule: Patient hours are 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (flexible schedule available for part-time) Employment type: Full-time or part-time associate Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and skill level. Fee-for-service practice - no insurance-driven production pressure Supportive team environment with opportunities for mentorship. Requirements:Must hold a valid North Carolina dental license. Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Interest in or openness to holistic/biological dentistry concepts.
